Investment into Battambang Rice Investment Company and Park Café In June, the Cambodia-Laos Development Fund concluded a Joint Venture investment, along with strategic and financial partners, into Battambang Rice Investment Company, a high quality, export-focused milling start-up. The Fund also agreed an investment into well-known casual dining chain, Park Café.
