Since all of our work is done by consultants living and working in emerging economies, we take the commitment that they make to our firm very seriously and match it one of our own: every staff that we hire we expect to develop and mentor into a partner in our rapidly expanding business group.

Some people come to us from top consulting firms looking to use their skills in a more rewarding environment.
