Established to capitalise on the robust economic growth of the region and the emergence of ‘new-economy’ entrepreneurs and businesses in Cambodia and Laos, the Cambodia-Laos Development Fund S.C.A., SICAV-SIF is a Luxembourg-registered specialised investment fund which provides growth capital to SMEs in these countries. The Fund seeks to provide competitive financial returns to its investors through investments in innovative, transparent businesses that have clear growth strategies and are positioned to achieve outperforming results. Additionally, by providing investment capital to this critical, yet under-financed segment of each country’s economy, the Fund also aspires to have a positive impact on the development of the private sector in the region.
