Trent plays a key role in the consulting business by leading strategic business development efforts, providing thought leadership across sectors and building strategic partnerships.  In his roles on the management team, Trent focuses his energies on company strategy and expansion initiatives. 

Xaybandith joined EMC in 2008, sharing overall responsibility for the firm’s successful growth and operations, especially for EMC Laos.

As Manager for EMC’s Lao PDR consulting business, Mark has primary responsibility for business development, project management, client delivery and for leading consulting analysis work-streams in Laos. Prior to this expansion, he was responsible for project management and client delivery in Cambodia.
